"When you're someone who is alone, and you're disabled, you're quite limited on things in your life," explains Jeanne S. who has been a member of Solarity since 2016. 

She needed help with some complicated paperwork and called in to chat with the experts in our Member Contact Center.

"This young lady really gave me her direct number, she explained the process and if I did not understand, she did not get frustrated with me. It was important to her that I understood what was happening."

Jeanne says that every time she's needed help with anything from Solarity - from a home loan to a credit card - our staff has always been there.

"When you come across people, like at Solarity, they just make it a little bit better for you, you know?" Jeanne says. "Thank you."
