Lynda’s been a Solarity members since 2008 when she moved here from Spokane.
“I have had nothing but A-1, positive time with Solarity,” Lynda shares.
Lynda says she always recognizes good customer service because she ran a business for years and would always tell her employees that it is their customers who they truly work for.
Recently, Lynda needed help with an important document and called in to Solarity’s Member Contact Center.
“My goodness, you would have thought I was her best friend. It was like she knew me already," Lynda says, delighted. "Making sure that I was getting the assistance that I needed and handled it in such a professional way. I felt like an important person, not only to her, but to the credit union.”
