The newest version of the Solarity mobile app does not support older Android devices running Android OS 11 or older. You can continue using the current version for now, but in January 2026, all members will be prompted to install the updated app, and it may not work on older devices.

Why is my older Android phone or tablet no longer supported?
We recently released an updated version of our mobile banking app with important security and performance enhancements. These improvements require newer Android operating systems to work properly.

How do I check which Android version my device has?
Most Android phones show this in Settings > About phone > Software information. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you check.

What are my options if my device is not compatible?
You can stay connected to your accounts by choosing one of the following:
  1. Upgrade your device: Switching to a phone or tablet that supports a more recent Android operating system will allow you to continue using the mobile app without interruption.
  2. Use online banking in your mobile browser: Visit solaritycu.org and tap Login. Most features are available in your browser, though some (like mobile deposit) require the mobile app.
Why isn’t the app supported on older Android versions?
Regular app updates help us keep your accounts secure, meet important industry standards and deliver a reliable, modern banking experience.

Where can I get help?
We’re here for you. Get in touch with us for personal assistance.

Log in to the mobile app with your current username and password (use the “forgot password” link on the login screen if you need to reset it). Tap Menu in the lower right corner, then select the gear icon in the upper left corner. From there, you can re-enable biometric login options, including Face ID/face login or fingerprint login, so you can quickly and securely sign in without entering your password each time.
