When you open an account at Solarity, you are given a member number. It is typically a 6-digit number, and it may contain a preceding ‘s’. Always omit the ‘s’ and use numeric characters only when making your Solarity loan payment. Your Solarity account number may look something like this: 0000123456-01. Do not enter the preceding zeros or the last two digits.

Participating Merchants are required to update their customer account database within five business days after receiving VAU updates from their Visa Merchant Bank.
If you do not wish to have your card information automatically sent to participating merchants in the event of a new card, you can opt out by filling out this form, contacting us via chat, or calling 800.347.9222.
Please note, you must opt out before your old card has expired, or within 24 hours of ordering a new card when the old card is lost or stolen.
