Follow these steps to set up alerts in online banking:

  1. First, locate ‘Messages & Alerts’ on the left sidebar and click the dropdown
  2. Select ‘Manage Alerts’
  3. You can set up alerts to notify you of the following:
    When  you have a secure message
    When your contact information has changed
    When you login credentials have changed
    When you login
    When a password reset is requestedUse the on/off toggle buttons located to the right. Grey means notifications are off, while blue means they are on.

  5. Use the dropdown under each category to select whether you’d like to be notified via email or text message
    NOTE: If you’d like to receive notifications via text you must first enroll your mobile number. Follow these steps to enroll:

  1. Select ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar and click the dropdown
  2. Select ‘Contact Information’
  3. Under Mobile/Text Messaging phone number you can either add a new number, or select an already existing number to use for alerts. A
  4. A one time password will be sent to the number you specify
    NOTE: This one time password is time sensitive and will need to be entered promptlyOnce you enter the password, click submit. You can now select text alerts in the alerts dropdown
  5. Once you enter the password, click submit. You can now select text alerts in the alerts dropdown
